And entering this enchanting world in my 50s wasn't about proving anything to the world; it was about proving everything to myself. And here comes the grand reveal: this December, my 8-year love affair with my trusty white belt will transform into a commitment with the coveted blue belt. Yes, you heard it right! Our gym, the remarkable RMAC, will be hosting our first-ever workshop right here in the heart of Davao. Joining us will be none other than the esteemed Alliance coach, His Excellency, Redha Munfaredi.
