Keto Ice Cream and Brazo de Mercedes

I love anything low-carb and low-sugar, otherwise my eczema will flare up with anything gluten or high in sugar. So I’m experimenting for @slimsnacks and they checked out fine with a few tweaks of my own! Soooo glad I could eat Ice cream and brazo de mercedes again!! Pat in the back for me please 🙂
